CNOOC International photo library accounts are registered in two different ways:

1. CNOOC International employee - register with a CNOOC email address. After registering, you will receive a verification email. Please click the link in the email to activate your account. You will then be able to login.


2. General public - once you have submitted your account information, an administator will review the request. You will be notified by email once the account has been approved. Account approvals can take up to three business days.
